We submitted to the Journal of Open Research Software (JORS) (and in arXiv) three companion metapapers on FluidDyn packages:

  1. FluidDyn: a Python open-source framework for research and teaching in fluid dynamics (pdf)
  2. FluidFFT: common API (C++ and Python) for Fast Fourier Transform HPC libraries (pdf)
  3. FluidSim: modular, object-oriented Python package for high-performance CFD simulations (pdf)

Note: the 3 papers are now accepted.

The source code of the papers is in this repository.
