Titre/Title : Aero-acoustique des voies aériennes.
Contact : Jan-Bert Flor (équipe MEIGE)
Résumé/Abstract : In this talk, aero-acoustic noise sources related to the human airways are presented. After a brief description of the anatomy and of the physiology of the airways, typical flow characteristics will be discussed and quantifed by a dimentionless analysis. Examples of ongoing researches, theoretically and experimentally, will be presented in the case of sound generated by a fluid-structure nteraction (voice, snoring...) and by turbulence (fricatives, respiration ...). Lastly, examples of applications and potential extensions of this research are given.
